Services!
Its easy, quick, and secure - a few facts we collect about you help us protect your
privacy while connecting you with your chosen Groqit Buddies so you can
share lists with your friends.
Basic membership:
-- for people who don't own Groqits
This is an easy way to share your lists of music, DVDs, games, etc. with
your friends.
You have access to all of the membership features, including making categories,
manual lookups and adds, editing items, requesting and accepting Groqit
Buddies, making and exchanging Registry lists and viewing Registries that
your Buddies have shared with you.
There is a limit of 100 items per Category, you'll be able to see the lists
on your computer (although of course, since your don't own a Groqit, you
can't make the lists portable).
-- for people who do own Groqits
With your Basic membership, as a Groqit owner, you can upload backups of
your Personal Inventory (the data stored on your Groqit), and refresh it
as often as you want. If needed for an insurance claim or your Groqit gets
erased, this information can be downloaded to your Groqit by signing up
for a paid membership.
Member services include the ability to organize data on your Groqit, create
new categories and delete unnecessary ones, as well as using the Registry
and Groqit Buddies features.
A free trial subscription to the Paid Membership is included with the purchase
of a Groqit. You have up to 30 days, after you first Sync your Groqit with
this site to use the Paid membership capabilities.
Paid Membership offers unlimited barcode translations, unlimited manual
lookups (by Title/Author etc.) for items without barcodes; the ability to
export your inventory, as CSV files, which can be imported into many spread-sheet
programs; multiple backups and restoring data from any your backups.
