Warranty
Groqit, LLC warrants Groqits to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials under normal use for 90 days from purchase. This warranty covers
all component parts of the product except batteries. This warranty does
not cover deterioration due to normal wear or damage due to misuse, formatting,
alteration, negligence, accidents or unauthorized repair. Groqit, LLC will
repair or replace parts that are defective in workmanship or materials.
Groqit, LLC is the only facility authorized to repair the product. NO INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY. (Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.) This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.
Groqit, LLC reserves the right to change product specifications without
notice.
If your Groqit is defective due to workmanship or materials, then please package
it properly in a padded-mailer or box, include your filled-out warranty card,
and mail to:

Groqit, LLC will repair or replace your Groqit and mail it back to you.
Guarantee
Guaranty and Refund Policy
If you wish to return your Groqit within 30 days of purchase, there will
be a 15% restocking fee.
Please package the undamaged Groqit properly in a padded-mailer or box
(we prefer the original packing), with all of the original material.
Include a note with ALL of the following
information:
• Your name
• Your address
• Your e-mail address, if you have one
• Your phone number
• Your invoice #
• The date of purchase
• The reason for returning the product (please be brief)

Formatted Groqit
(Please do not reformat your Groqit. Formatting at worst, turns
your Groqit into an expensive flash drive. If you reformat your
Groqit, you won't have a Groqit any more. It
will look like one, but it won't be set up to do Groqit's functions
any more.)
If you already have done so: Formatting your Groqit may be reversible, but it is not covered
under Warranty. The Groqit must be mailed, with payment, to our headquarters
in Oregon and "resurrected".
How to get your Groqit fixed after formating it.
Please package it properly in a padded-mailer or box, with a check or money
order for $25 US made out to Groqit, LLC. Include a note
with ALL of the following information:
• Your name
• Your address
• Your e-mail address, if you have one
• How it was re-formated.
• You Groqit's ID number, if known.
We will attempt to restore your Groqit's flash drive. We
make no guaranty that we will be able to do so.
If it is unsuccessful, we will return your Groqit,
as-is.
